In just a few weeks we will move from Zoe's 2nd home. We have enjoyed our life on our mountain. Zoe has learned how to bounce on her tush here, then learned how to roll, then perfected the army crawl, regular speed crawl, and finally
Zoe, you are now 18 months old! Mommy and Daddy are still as tired as the day you came home! You are super duper busy. Always on the go. You have one speed - super fast. You still fall frequently but ironically you balance super well in the catcher's position. You weigh 23.5 pounds, which puts you in the 37th percentile for weight (highest percent ever)! You still have a healthy appetite and will eat most foods. Cheese continues to be a morning favorite. Fruit (bananas whole, oranges, pears, strawberries and purple grapes) are some desired fruits this month. (She did enjoy some ice cream at a local farm last week)!
You sleep well at night, though your wake up time seems to be 6:30 these days. Mommy still wishes you would sleep later, but 12 hours of sleep is still very good! Naps are 45 min at home and 1-2 hours at day care. You LOVE your monkey and hold him at night to sleep. We still give you the pacifier. We will need to remove it, but operation pacifier was canceled in October and we never reattempted. After we move, we may try after you have transitioned and are comfortable in our HOME!
You still are fussy! You actually still make the raspberry sounds with your tongue if you are not happy. Many times you can still be distracted with music or change in scenery. You LOVE ELMO and Mickey Mouse Club.
Your language is slowly increased. You understand much more than you actually say. You love to read your books ("bah"). You even wake up in the morning and the first thing you want is a book (not mommy or daddy!).
I know you will love your new home. I am so excited to have you be in the warmth (ok, so the summer will be super warm, but you will love it come November when it is snowing elsewhere!).

Zoe,
You are so lucky to have such devoted loving parents. They have taken very good care of you. This year and a half has been full of many firsts for you and your parents. Papi and I wish you and your parents much good luck, health and happiness in your new home in Gainesville, Florida. We love you Zoe Mya!
