11.5 months...What?!

Zoe is quickly approaching the ONE YEAR mark! She is enjoying being able to pull up and stand! She figured out how to cruise and can stand without holding on to an object for about 10 seconds. She even pushed the log roll and "walked" at Gymboree! Usually she cries when we do this activity (as she is frustrated that she has to be held to push it). I bet she will figure out this walking thing in the next month (uh oh). She can hold her stroller (see above) and walk across the room (well until she hits a couch or wall). She actually knows how to do stairs (she proved this to us at a friends house a few weeks ago...she had never done them before but easily figured it out).

Her appetite has been okay...she was eating only chicken for a bit, but is opening up to other tastes again! Operation pacifier was put on hold this month. After a bit of traveling and odd schedules and nap refusal (teething, diaper rash pain, who knows)....she is now taking 1 nap. The length varies (30 min to 1.5 hours). The routine is not predictable...but still needing AM and PM breastfeeds and 2 soft sippy cups of soy formula. Yes...STILL breastfeeding. Looks like I will somehow make the one year mark! She actually feeds better now....lays still (only time EVER that happens).

But....more TEETH are here and coming. The right back molar is tooth #3 and the right upper tooth broke through today (tooth #4). I would not be surprised if 4 teeth come this week. What a different smile she will have!

She loves to play with her "house" and check the mail, ring the doorbell and turn on and off the light. Still no waving or clapping...but no doubt she will do these things (when she wants to...of course).

TWO weeks left until the year mark...ahhhh!
