This past weekend we finally got the chance to spend time in Atlanta! A whole 27 hours :) But....short mini-vacations can be soooo much fun! Our flights were direct and fast. A note to anyone who flies pregnant....buy a seat next to the bathroom! Also, take full advantage of the belly....you can certainly qualify for "those who need more time"!
I got to watch my husband do what he did sooooo many days of his life before med school - play ball! I had the best seat in the house watching him do drills, catch and hit! He nearly got a home run....not too shabby for someone who hasn't faced a guy throwing around 80 mph in more than 10 years!
Baby Z got a few items for her closet...in years to come we will show her the pictures of her in mommy's belly when her crazy parents went to Atlanta on a Saturday and flew home to Boston on Sunday!! We certainly will need to go back....there is a huge aquarium and a coke museum and cnn center to check out still!!
