J's Excellent Adventure

J had his bachelor party last weekend! Friends Andy (NYC), Chris (Portland, ME), Matt (Washington, DC), Matty (Philadelphia, PA) joined him in Tampa for a weekend of baseball, golf and good eats (Big steaks!). He had a great time!! He actually took the plane back early on Sunday (think he missed me?!)...good ol' Southwest...I think we have found ourselves a nice lil' airport option, good ol' Providence. Oh ya, J also got lots of Southwest $$$ since he switched planes going down...originally he was supposed to fly direct, but that plane was delayed. He took a plane to Baltimore and then to Tampa, beating his original direct flight! What a good way to start the weekend....with lots of Southwest $$$, dreaming of where we could go...Arizona, California, Hawaii? Hmmmmm, endless possibilities.

Speaking of Providence, I think I shall have to explore that area at somepoint....at least AAA Pawsox for sure this summer!!!!

Good friend Andy devised a plan to get J onto the field...he threw the 1st pitch AND his name was placed on the scoreboard.

Also, my friends Ben and Shari are now happily engaged and planning a February 2009 wedding! They've even begun to register.

Wow...a baby and a wedding in 2009. I guess this is what life is like at 28!!!

On a Ronna and Jason wedding note, our invitations are at my parents house! I cannot wait to see them in person!!

100 days to go until our BIG DAY!!
